Bespoke/ Handmade Furniture (applies to all products featuring 'bespoke available')

For all of our hand made furniture waiting time varies depending on how busy we are. Estimated waiting time for hand made/ bespoke furniture is currently 16-20 weeks.

Wholesale Furniture:

Waiting time for wholesale furniture is usually 1-4 weeks. If for any reason your order is likely to take longer you will be notified.



We offer a Local Delivery service for £9.99. This service is available within a 10 mile radius. 

  • 1 or 2 man delivery service (This will be decided for you depending on the items you order)
  • Your furniture will be delivered to your room of choice access permitting. Please ensure there is a clear route through to the room so our driver can safely deliver your furniture.
  • Any assembly included.
  • As soon as your goods are ready for delivery, We will personally call you directly to arrange a delivery date with you and give you a two hour time slot.

  • Furniture will be delivered to the front entrance on the ground floor of your property.

  • When your goods are ready to be delivered you will be contacted directly by our courier with available delivery dates and a 4 hour time slot.  

​​Shipping costs are worked out by total Cubic Meter ( CBM ) per order.

  • Upto 0.2 CBM  -  £19
  • ​0.2 - 0.6 CBM     - £35
  • ​0.6 - 1 CBM     - £45
  • ​1 CBM upwards is an extra £10 per 1 CBM

  • Check measurements of furniture and access to your home
It is important to check the measurements of your chosen furniture on our website and ensure there is adequate doorway and stair access. In the instance that a non faulty item has to be returned after dispatch due to reasons beyond the control of Britannia Pine and Furniture (including aborted deliveries by the customer), the customer will be subject to return fees.
  • Walk the route from lorry to room

 Go to the point in your home or apartment building where the delivery will begin and walk the path that the delivery team will take to carry your new furniture into your room of choice. Take your tape measure with you to measure any unusual door or ceiling heights or other twists and turns that might cause a problem. Your order will usually be delivered via a large Vehicle, so please be sure your property is accessible for this size of vehicle and call us prior to delivery if not. Problems can occur with long gravel driveways with tight access so please inform us prior to dispatch if this is applicable.


  • Be helpful - clear and protect the route from lorry to room

Please try to make the delivery as easy as possible for your delivery team. It is helpful if you can be at your residence to accept the delivery, because no one knows your home better than you do. If you are unavailable to accept the delivery yourself, please note that there must be someone over the age of 16 at your property to take the delivery for you.

Remove any tripping hazards, furniture, ornaments or wall fixtures that will constrict the path. Please note that our drivers are not allowed to remove their shoes due to health and safety reasons. It is your responsibility to protect your floors and carpets. We recommend using sturdy brown paper secured with masking tape, however heavier items may require more substantial, purpose-made floor protection. Please judge what level of floor protection might be needed yourself and ensure that it is properly positioned before the delivery team arrives.


  • Please be aware that our delivery team will not unwrap or assemble any items (unless on local delivery). Our drivers operate to a strict timetable and it is important that any other deliveries that day can be met on time. It is important to unpack the items as carefully as possible and retain the original packaging until you are completely happy that there are no issues with your order. 

  • Check your new furniture for damage or items missing. Should anything be amiss with your order, please contact us immediately.
